Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1/4 cup natural yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and yoghurt
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to enable the mixture to thicken
- Serve, topped with berries and mint leaves for garnish
