Chia Seed Drink
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the chia seeds have formed a gel
