Beetroot Yogurt Popsicle



  • 2 cups natural yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • 2 medium beetroots


  • Peel the skin and cut the beetroots into chunks
  • Add 1 cup of water to the cooking pot, and boil the beetroots for 10 minutes
  • Let the beetroots cool, put them in the blender, and blend to a smooth paste
  • Add the honey, vanilla essence and yogurt to a blender then blend
  • Take your popsicle molds and add the puree, fill till 3/4th of the mold
  • Then insert ice cream sticks if you are using them or close with the lid
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Then carefully place the bottom part in running tap water, then slowly remove the popsicles
  • Serve the popsicle immediately
