Bell Pepper Omelette

2 tablespoons butter/ ghee
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup coriander, chopped
1 finely chopped green bell pepper
1 finely chopped red bell pepper
4 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
¾ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt/Herbal Salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Gather the ingredients
- Crack your eggs into a small bowl and beat them together with a fork
- Heat your cooking pan, place one tablespoon of ghee/butter to melt. Add your chopped onions and sauté for about 3-5 minutes
- Add the chopped bell peppers and cook until they are slightly tender
- Remove the bell peppers from the pan and add to your eggs
- Wipe off your pan, add the remaining ghee/butter and warm
- Pour the egg mixture. Add in the salt and black pepper
- Let the egg mixture cook until brown in colour. Flip to ensure both sides are well cooked
- Cut in half and serve
