Njahi (Black Beans) Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health boiled Black Beans

  • 1 cup red pepper, cubed

  • 1 cup yellow pepper, cubed

  • 1 cup grated carrots

  • 1 cubed avocado

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Salt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix
  • Serve and enjoy
