Njahi (Black Beans) Salad
Ingredients
1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health boiled Black Beans
1 cup red pepper, cubed
1 cup yellow pepper, cubed
1 cup grated carrots
1 cubed avocado
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix
