Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line an 8–10 inch baking pan with parchment paper

- In a separate bowl, sift together Chapati Afya flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in the grated carrots and raisins until evenly distributed

- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 180°C for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
