Fermented Porridge

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya

  • 3 cups water

  • 3 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

Directions

  • Mix well the Wimbi Afya flour with 1 cup of water. Cover and leave to rest at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. This will ferment the mixture
  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil; add the mixture and lower heat to simmer. Stirring continuously, cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add more water as needed. Add honey to taste
