Ugali Afya
Ingredients
2 cups water
300grams Ugali Afya flour
Directions
- Boil 2 cups of water
- Slowly add in the 300 grams of Ugali Afya flour in the water while stirring the mixture with a cooking stick/mwiko
- Stir constantly to a firm patty to avoid any lumps
- Let it simmer under low heat for about 10 minutes until the Ugali is very stiff and thick and pulls away from the sides of the cooking pot
- Shape it into a ball and serve
