Ugali Afya

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 300grams Ugali Afya flour

Directions

  • Boil 2 cups of water
  • Slowly add in the 300 grams of Ugali Afya flour in the water while stirring the mixture with a cooking stick/mwiko
  • Stir constantly to a firm patty to avoid any lumps
  • Let it simmer under low heat for about 10 minutes until the Ugali is very stiff and thick and pulls away from the sides of the cooking pot
  • Shape it into a ball and serve
