  • 2 beetroots

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1/2 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt


  • Chop the beetroots and boil for 15 minutes and let this cool completely. Place in a blender, add the peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice and salt
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve it as a condiment or as a dip
