Mango Custard

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/4 cup milk

  • 3 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • ¼ cup corn flour

  • ½ cup mango pulp from a blended mango

  • Mango chunks for serving

Directions

  • Place a sufuria over medium flame and add milk, honey and corn flour. Whisk until the mixture comes to a boil and thickened
  • Turn off the flame and add ½ cup mango pulp. Mix well.
  • Let it cool and garnish with mango chunks and mint leaves
