Mango Custard
Ingredients
2 and 1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
¼ cup corn flour
½ cup mango pulp from a blended mango
Mango chunks for serving
Directions
- Place a sufuria over medium flame and add milk, honey and corn flour. Whisk until the mixture comes to a boil and thickened
- Turn off the flame and add ½ cup mango pulp. Mix well.
- Let it cool and garnish with mango chunks and mint leaves
