Mango Chia Pudding

Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

Directions

  • Add the flesh of one of the mangos to the blender and blend into a puree. Chop the other mango into chunks
  • Add the chia seeds, milk, honey and puréed mango to a mixing bowl and whisk together
  • Then add in the chopped mango and mix it in, saving a few chunks to use for a topping
  • Place the mixture into the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken
  • Serve garnished with mango chunks
