Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 ripe mangos
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Directions
- Add the flesh of one of the mangos to the blender and blend into a puree. Chop the other mango into chunks
- Add the chia seeds, milk, honey and puréed mango to a mixing bowl and whisk together
- Then add in the chopped mango and mix it in, saving a few chunks to use for a topping
- Place the mixture into the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken
- Serve garnished with mango chunks
