Ingredients
1 and ¼ cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya flour
½ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix Chapati Afya flour, sea salt, and olive oil. Add water gradually and knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Shape it into a ball
- Lightly dust a clean work surface with flour. Roll out the dough to about ¼ cm thickness
- Cut the dough into your desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter. Place the pieces evenly on the prepared baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly browned and crisp
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container to maintain crispiness
