Egg Salad
Ingredients
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 hard-boiled Winnie’s Pure Health Organic eggs, quartered
1 tablespoon minced green onion
½ cup diced cherry tomato
¼ cup diced avocado
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
1 tablespoon dhania
Directions
- Mix the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl – sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil
- In a separate bowl mix the green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, dhania and avocado
- Add in the eggs and drizzle the vinaigrette and mix gently
- Serve over our wholegrain chapati or eat as it is
