Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya flour
1/2 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
½ cup ghee or butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Herbal Sea Salt
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 minutes and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl, combine Wimbi Afya flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon. Set aside
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until well incorporated
- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, ghee, and honey until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla essence and mix until fully combined
- Fold in dark chocolate chips with a spatula for even distribution
- Scoop dough with an ice cream scoop or spoon, place on the baking sheet, and gently flatten each cookie
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
