Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 cups milk
¼ Cup Cocoa powder
1/4 Cup Chia seeds
Directions
- Place cocoa powder in a bowl with a little bit of milk and mix well to allow the cocoa powder to mix well
- Then add the remainder of the milk and mix again. Add the chia seeds, honey, and vanilla
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and cocoa powder has dissolved
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for the mixture to thicken
- Serve, topped with garnishes of your choice
