Brown Rice Salad Plate
Ingredients
1 cup beans
1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Brown Rice, cooked
1 cup maize corns, cooked
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 avocado, cubed
1/2 tomato, sliced
1 chicken breast cooked and cut into strips
- Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Creatively arrange all the ingredients in a plate or platter according to your preference
- Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients with a fork/small whisk and pour onto the brown salad plate
