Chapati Afya Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 and ¼ cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya flour

  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds

  • ½ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

  • 5 tablespoons water

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheets with parchment paper
  • Mix the flour, sesame seeds, salt and oil. Add the water, and mix with your hands until you can gather the dough into a ball
  • Lightly dust your work surface and roll out the dough. Cut into desired shapes or use a cookie-cutter and place them on the baking sheet
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool on racks
