Chapati Afya Crackers
Ingredients
1 and ¼ cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya flour
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheets with parchment paper
- Mix the flour, sesame seeds, salt and oil. Add the water, and mix with your hands until you can gather the dough into a ball
- Lightly dust your work surface and roll out the dough. Cut into desired shapes or use a cookie-cutter and place them on the baking sheet
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool on racks
