  • 4 bananas blended

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • ¼ cup ghee

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon heaped cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and oil a baking loaf pan
  • In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and set aside
  • In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients slowly until perfectly blended and pour into a loaf tin
  • Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until when a toothpick is inserted comes out clean
