Ingredients
4 bananas, blended
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup ghee
1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon (heaped) cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loaf pan
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Set aside
- In a separate bowl, mix the blended bananas, milk, eggs, vanilla essence, and ghee until smooth
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until well combined
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature
