Salt and Vinegar Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes

  • 1 cup vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

  • Slice potatoes into long thin slices
  • In a large bowl, coat chips with vinegar so that all are submerged, allow them to sit for 30 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius
  • Drain the chips and then mix in salt and pepper
  • Arrange chips on greased baking sheet
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes
  • Sprinkle with rosemary and serve with a sauce of your choice
