Wimbi Milkshake

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya flour
2 cups chilled milk
4 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- In a cooking pot add Wimbi flour, cocoa powder and water and whisk it well
- Cook on medium low heat with continuous stirring. In a short time, it will be cooked well and form a mass (porridge/uji). Switch off and let it cool
- When well cooled add it into a blender along with milk, honey and vanilla essence
- Blend well and chill the mix in a fridge
- Pour into a serving glass and enjoy
