Yogurt Granola Cups

Ingredients
1 banana
1 and ½ cups oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
- For the filling
4 Strawberry, sliced
4 tablespoons Yogurt
4 Blueberries
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chip
Directions
- In a bowl, mash the banana. Add oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined
- Lightly grease a muffin tin. Spoon the mixture into each cup and press down with a spoon to form a cup shape
- Place the muffin tin in the fridge and chill for 1 hour to help the cups set
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the granola cups for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool completely
- Spoon yogurt into each cooled granola cup and top with strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy
