Yogurt Granola Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 and ½ cups oats

  • ¼ cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt

  • For the filling
  • 4 Strawberry, sliced

  • 4 tablespoons Yogurt

  • 4 Blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chip

Directions

  • Mash banana in a bowl and then add in oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
  • Fill a greased muffin tin with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust
  • Let chill in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes and let them cool
  • Add yogurt to each cup and fill with toppings
