Yogurt Granola Cups
Ingredients
1 banana
1 and ½ cups oats
¼ cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
- For the filling
4 Strawberry, sliced
4 tablespoons Yogurt
4 Blueberries
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chip
Directions
- Mash banana in a bowl and then add in oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
- Fill a greased muffin tin with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust
- Let chill in the fridge for 1 hour
- Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes and let them cool
- Add yogurt to each cup and fill with toppings
