Wimbi Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya flour

  • 2 cups chilled milk

  • 4 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  • In a cooking pot add Wimbi flour, cocoa powder and water and whisk it well
  • Cook on medium low heat with continuous stirring. In a short time, it will be cooked well and form a mass (porridge/uji). Switch off and let it cool
  • When well cooled add it into a blender along with milk, honey and vanilla essence
  • Blend well and chill the mix in a fridge
  • Pour into a serving glass and enjoy
