Wholesome Breakfast Platter

Ingredients
2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tomato cut into slices
1 cucumber cut into slices
Lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Whisk eggs, salt and pepper and heat 1 tablespoon of oil a nonstick pan/ skillet
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan. As the eggs set around edge of the pan, tilt and rotate pan to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces. When the egg is cooked, remove and place on a plate for assembly. Layer lettuce and tomato slices on the egg omelet and fold
- Serve with toasted bread, fruits, salad and a cup of Winnie’s Pure Health Mixed Herbal Tea
