Watermelon Lemonade


  • 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon, chilled

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 3/4 cup fresh strained lemon juice, chilled

  • 1/4 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • Ice cubes and fresh mint for serving


  • Add watermelon to a blender and pulse until well pureed. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl
  • In a jug whisk together water, lemon juice and honey. Stir in blended watermelon. Add in ice cubes and mint leaves
  • Serve
