Vegetable Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Brown Rice cooked

  • 1 cup peas, cooked

  • 1 cup carrots, steamed

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Salt

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  • In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry the onion and garlic until fragrant
  • Add in the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add the carrots, peas, rice, soy sauce and salt. Stir well and let it heat through
  • Serve with a fried egg and enjoy
