Vegetable Rice
Ingredients
1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Brown Rice cooked
1 cup peas, cooked
1 cup carrots, steamed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry the onion and garlic until fragrant
- Add in the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add the carrots, peas, rice, soy sauce and salt. Stir well and let it heat through
- Serve with a fried egg and enjoy
