2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Uji Afya
2 1/4 cups water
Directions
- Add the flour to a bowl and add 3/4 cups cold water
- Mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste with no lumps
- Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil and add the paste
- Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat; stir continuously
- Add honey to taste while serving
