Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Uji Afya

  • 2 1/4 cups water

Directions

  • Add the flour to a bowl and add 3/4 cups cold water
  • Mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste with no lumps
  • Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil and add the paste
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat; stir continuously
  • Add honey to taste while serving
