Ingredients

  • Left over ugali made with Winnie’s Pure Health Ugali Afya

  • 2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • Cooking oil

  • Breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt/ Herbal Salt

Directions

  • Cut the ugali into slices
  • Beat the eggs, add salt and mix
  • Dip the ugali slices into the egg. Let it drip off the excess egg
  • Dip the coated ugali in breadcrumbs. Ensure that it is well coated with the breadcrumbs
  • Add cooking oil to your pan and allow to heat
  • Deep fry the coated ugali slices
  • Place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil
  • Best served with a hot drink
