2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
Cooking oil
Breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt/ Herbal Salt
Directions
- Cut the ugali into slices
- Beat the eggs, add salt and mix
- Dip the ugali slices into the egg. Let it drip off the excess egg
- Dip the coated ugali in breadcrumbs. Ensure that it is well coated with the breadcrumbs
- Add cooking oil to your pan and allow to heat
- Deep fry the coated ugali slices
- Place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil
- Best served with a hot drink
