Sunny Side Up

Ingredients

  • 1 table spoon vegetable oil

  • 2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Lettuce for serving

  • Tomato slices for serving

Directions

  • Get your cast iron pan on a medium to low heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan
  • Crack the eggs into the pan
  • Cook until the tops of the whites are set but the yolk is still runny
  • When they’re ready, serve under lettuce slices and tomato rings remove the pan from the heat and take the eggs out using a spatula
