Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 4 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • 1 Pinch Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt/Herbal Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Get your frying pan on medium to low heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the non-stick pan
  • Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites are firm but the yolk is still runny. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper
  • When they’re ready, remove the pan from the heat and take the eggs out using a spatula. Place on a plate and dab them with some paper towels to soak up any excess oil
  • Serve as preferred
