Sunny Side Up
Ingredients
1 table spoon vegetable oil
2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Lettuce for serving
Tomato slices for serving
Directions
- Get your cast iron pan on a medium to low heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan
- Crack the eggs into the pan
- Cook until the tops of the whites are set but the yolk is still runny
- When they’re ready, serve under lettuce slices and tomato rings remove the pan from the heat and take the eggs out using a spatula
