Stove made Granola
Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons raisins
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions
- In a large skillet/pan, mix the oats, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, olive oil, salt and honey. Mix them up until well coated. Place over medium heat and toast stiring occasionally until golden brown
- Stir in the raisins, and shredded coconut and let it cool
- Store in an airtight container
