Stove made Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup peanuts

  • 2 tablespoons raisins

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions

  • In a large skillet/pan, mix the oats, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, olive oil, salt and honey. Mix them up until well coated. Place over medium heat and toast stiring occasionally until golden brown
  • Stir in the raisins, and shredded coconut and let it cool
  • Store in an airtight container
