Spinach Wheatgrass Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups spinach leaves
1 and ½ cup milk
1 and 1/2 cup pineapple, cut into cubes
1/2 ripe banana
1 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Wheatgrass powder
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve into glasses and enjoy!
