Pumpkin Soup with Cream
Ingredients
1 grated medium onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
500 grams pre-cooked pumpkin
4 cups chicken broth/ any bone soup
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 teaspoons Winnie’s Pure Health Afya Mchuzi
3/4 teaspoons Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal salt
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until soft
- Stir in the pumpkin, chicken broth, coconut cream, Afya Mchuzi, and Herbal Sea Salt and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer the soup for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let this slightly cool before blending
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blend
- Serve and enjoy
