Ingredients

  • 2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • W`ater

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions

  • Fill saucepan with about 3 inches of water
  • Heat until water simmers gently and add vinegar
  • Break cold egg into small dish or saucer. Holding dish just above simmering water, gently slip egg into water
  • Cook in barely simmering water until white is set and yolk is cooked as desired for about 3 to 5 minutes
