Ingredients
½ cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 and ½ cup ground nuts (peanuts, walnuts, or a mix)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/3 cup raisins
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Salt
1 Winnie’s Pure Health Egg white
1/8 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Directions
- In a dry pan over medium heat, toast the cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and ground nuts for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking tray
- In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted nuts, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, herbal salt, egg white, and honey. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated
- Place a round cookie cutter on the greased baking tray. Scoop a portion of the nut mixture into the cutter and press it down firmly with a spoon. Carefully remove the cutter, ensuring the cookie retains its shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and set
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool completely before serving
