Ingredients
1 cup of cold water
1 Winnie’s Pure Health Nettle tea bag
1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Directions
Bring 1 cup of water to boil
Add 1 tea bag and steep for 5 minutes
Stir then remove the tea bag
Sweeten with honey
