Mango Chia Popsicles


  • 4 ripe mangoes

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 500 gms natural yogurt


  • Peel and cut the mango into chunks
  • Place the mango chunks into a blender, add yogurt, honey and blend to a smooth paste
  • Add in chia seeds and stir well
  • Pour the popsicle mixture into molds, leaving a small gap at the top. Add popsicle sticks to the molds and freeze until solid, a minimum of about 4 hours, or over night
