Mango Chia Popsicles
Ingredients
4 ripe mangoes
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
2 tablespoons chia seeds
500 gms natural yogurt
Directions
- Peel and cut the mango into chunks
- Place the mango chunks into a blender, add yogurt, honey and blend to a smooth paste
- Add in chia seeds and stir well
- Pour the popsicle mixture into molds, leaving a small gap at the top. Add popsicle sticks to the molds and freeze until solid, a minimum of about 4 hours, or over night
