Lemon Uji Afya
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Uji Afya flour
¾ cup cold water
1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil
2 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Juice from one lemon
Directions
- Add 2 tablespoons of flour to a bowl and ¾ cup of cold water
- Mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste with no lumps
- Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil and add the paste
- Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat while being continually stirred
- Add honey and lemon juice to taste while serving
