Lemon Uji Afya

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Uji Afya flour

  • ¾ cup cold water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil

  • 2 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • Juice from one lemon

Directions

  • Add 2 tablespoons of flour to a bowl and ¾ cup of cold water
  • Mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste with no lumps
  • Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil and add the paste
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat while being continually stirred
  • Add honey and lemon juice to taste while serving
