Hot Chocolate


  • 1 and 3/4 cups milk

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces

  • 1 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey


  • In a cooking pot, add milk, chocolate bar pieces, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and honey
  • Whisk and bring ingredients to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Pour into a mug, then sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon (optional). Enjoy!
