Homemade Tacos
Ingredients
500 grams chicken breast diced
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Afya Mchuzi
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 taco shells – Made with Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya flour
- Taco Toppings
1 yellow capsicum, cubed
1 red capsicum, cubed
2 cups shredded purple cabbage
2 tablespoons chopped dhania
Directions
- Fry the onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent. Add the chicken cubes, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, Afya Mchuzi, and pepper. Stir well. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally when done remove from the heat
- Mix the chicken with the toppings and fill the taco shells with the mixture. Serve and enjoy
