Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Afya mchuzi

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Combine 1 tablespoon of oil, garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, Afya Mchuzi, salt and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade
  • Marinate the chicken breast with the mixture, cover and set aside for 3 hours or more
  • Heat a grill pan on high heat to 3 minutes. Lower the heat to medium high and add the oil to the pan, tilt the pan to make sure the whole pan is covered with oil
  • Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook for 6 minutes on one side without moving now flip the chicken breast using a tong and cook on the other side for 6 minutes
  • Turn off the heat, cover and allow the chicken breast to rest before cutting
