Fruity Maize Porridge
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Ugali Afya flour
1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Pure Honey
1 and 1/2 cups of cold water
Squeezed lemon juice
Few berries for garnishing
Directions
- Add the flour to a bowl/ cup and add some cold water to make a paste
- Heat the water to boil and add the paste
- Let it cook for 10 minutes on a low heat while being continually stirred
- While serving add the lemon juice, honey and stir, top with desired fruits and enjoy
