Fruity Maize Porridge


  • 3 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Ugali Afya flour

  • 1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Pure Honey

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of cold water

  • Squeezed lemon juice

  • Few berries for garnishing


  • Add the flour to a bowl/ cup and add some cold water to make a paste
  • Heat the water to boil and add the paste
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes on a low heat while being continually stirred
  • While serving add the lemon juice, honey and stir, top with desired fruits and enjoy
