Chocolate Millet Cookies
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya flour
1/2 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
½ cup ghee/butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Herbal Sea Salt
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl mix the Wimbi Afya flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder and set aside
- In a different bowl whisk the peanut butter, ghee and honey until well combined
- To the honey mix add in eggs, and vanilla essence. Add the dry ingredients making sure they are well mixed
- Finally mix in the chocolate chips with a spatula. Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop or spoon and then flatten it. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
