Egg in Pepper
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 bell pepper rings
2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
¼ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the bell pepper rings
- Crack an egg into each ring. Lower the heat
- Cook the eggs until the whites are set, between 5-10 minutes depending on how well you want the eggs done
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve
