Egg in Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 bell pepper rings

  • 2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • ¼ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the bell pepper rings
  • Crack an egg into each ring. Lower the heat
  • Cook the eggs until the whites are set, between 5-10 minutes depending on how well you want the eggs done
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve
