Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 and ¼ cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya flour

  • ½ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

  • 5 tablespoons water

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix the flour, salt and oil. Add the water, and mix with your hands until well combined and make a ball
  • Lightly dust your work surface and roll out the dough. Cut into desired shapes or use a cookie-cutter and place them on the baking sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool on a rack
