Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • 1/4 cup natural yogurt

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  • Whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and yoghurt
  • Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to enable the mixture to thicken
  • Serve, topped with berries and mint leaves for garnish
