1 Orange (zest and juice)
1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loaf pan
- Remove the zest from the orange and add it to a blender. Add the coconut oil, coconut milk, Winnie’s Pure Health Honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut flour, baking soda and sea salt
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a spatula
- Pour the blended wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula until well combined
- While the cake is baking, squeeze the juice from the orange and set it aside
- Once the cake is baked and still warm, poke small holes across the surface with a toothpick. Slowly pour the fresh orange juice over the cake and allow it to soak in.
- Let the cake cool slightly before removing it from the pan. Slice and serve
